The Fair Housing Act

Florida Fair Housing Act
In addition to federal protections, the Florida Fair Housing Act provides additional protections for Florida residents. Florida law prohibits discrimination based on the same protected classes as federal law and is enforced by the Florida Commission on Human Relations.
